House sales activity sprang back to life in February, says boards firm Agency Express.
Far more For Sale boards converted to Sold, and more new For Sale boards were erected compared with January, says the firm.

According to the latest research by Connells Survey and Valuation, the housing market renewed its pace of recovery in February after subdued growth in January, with the number of valuations on residential housing growing by 61%.
